Ministry of Transport and Communications has published a booklet on driving in Finland that provides you with all the basic information you need on Finnish traffic regulations and rules regarding the use of motorized vehicles.
The booklet informs of Finnish driving rules, such as winter driving and the most common speed limits. You might also find it helpful to read about some of the basic regulations that are specific to Finland, such as compulsory use of headlights and hands-free device.
You should note, however, that the contents are not a direct translation of the relevant legal provisions. If you require any further information, please contact the authorities and organisations listed at the end of the booklet.
